This is brilliant!  I don't know why politicians haven't thought of this
before.  Just think how many people are in the "dead" demographic.  If he is
able to organize them into a voting bloc we may be seeing Prez Bill G. take
the oath of office in a little over 3 years.  That'll take care of the
