Does anyone have any examples of a program that calculates the interest portion of a mortgage payment. I have a program that calcs out the payment it self. But, I need to be able to calc the interest to break it out and also to adjust the payments for a balloon payment. I have done this in the past, but for the life of me i can't find any of my old examples. And after numerous searchs on the WEB and coming back with only online calculators I am hoping someone on this list has an application that they need to do the same.
