Hi guys Have a small problem, which has been ongoing for months. We have a printer on the network that's slow as molasses. Here's the scoop. Print server is Intel NetPortExpress 10/100 with 3 ports (2 parallel and 1 serial) two printers are connected on the parallel ports of the print server. The print server has a static ip 10.0.0.20.This address is part of the reserved address scope. Configuration on the primary domain controller NT4 server using Intel Netport Manager. The ethernet RJ-45 cable is connected directly into a 3Comm 3300 Switch. The PDC NT server and 4 other pc W95 stations are also connected to the 3Comm 3300 switch. One printer downstairs functions ok...Genicom 3810s Another printer downstairs is so slow, it takes hours sometimes before any printing is done..................Okidata ML395 24 pin. This last printer of course, is the problemmatic one. Any suggestions will be gratly appreciated. Thanks -- Best Regards Ken Shields
