My normal method for going through email is to read them in the order received.  In the past, if someone asked a question I could answer, I didn't ever really check to see if someone else had answered.  That really doesn't change now, unless I make the conscious decision to check the inbox before I start composing a response.

Absolutely agreed!  Especially if the archives site remains as slow as it has been lately.  Don't know if there's really anything David can do about that.
