I cannot argue that it doesn't work as described below, but I can't understand 
the reasoning behind it. It apparently costs too many $$$ to convert S/36 apps 
to run as AS/400 apps; but converting them to run on entirely different 
platforms -- different hardware, different OS, different HLL, different 
database, all with issues different from what's seen on AS/400s -- is okay? I 
know, I know... but it just seems counter-intuitive.
