I believe BRMS uses these.
Maybe you use BRMS on the 720 and have a license key for it, and the 270 
doesn't use BRMS and doesn't  need this loaded ?

The above LICPGM and feature is for AS400 - Media and Storage Extensions. 
I
have a client who has 2 AS400s.  One is a 720 the other is a 170.  They
upgraded from v4r4 to v5r1 last weekend.
The 170 is giving a license error message for the above program/feature 
when
the nightly back up runs, the 720 does not.

Any ideas under what circumstances this LPP is required?
