Title: RE: RE my XP Windows got broke in a Hailstorm

And since when are we not included as consumers? Perhaps "hopefully" a bit more informed and aware of the implications of the choices we make (or are forced to make) "perhaps unlike a consumer that is not in our line of work". Never the less, I am a consumer, and Joe Public as well as a HAL-9000 state of the art computing machine that eventually will lose my mind if I need to re-boot this POS one more time!. (PS... POS does not mean Point Of Sale, it refers to a fractionalized portion of poop foisted on the public by forces not unlike the common cold virus!)

to break into (pun intended) the corporate market (where the money
is) and here things like security and uptime do matter.
