In spite of the other responses, It seems that the problem only occurs on Sunday
morning. Now, if the ob is running with a low LOGLVL, you would not normally get
a joblog. If this is the case,  I would guess that all the runs have this
message, but since the severity is 0, no joblog would be produced, so you would
not produce a joblog.

I would suspect there is another error following this one that is the true cause
of the problem. Since it occurs the same day, is it also crashing at the same
time? I would suspect conflict with another job, possibly something locking an
object or file?
