That's an eye-opener.  Working for such a large corporation seems to be like
living in a communist system - sounds good in the begining, but as time goes
on more and more is expected from you for less and less compensation and
ever decreasing appreciation - unless you're on the Politburo.  Then the
opposite is true.

I think any compensation other than cash shouldn't be allowed.  Leave it up
to the individuals to get insurance, budget for time off, etc.  Corporations
are run by people whose responsibility is to increase stock holder wealth -
not to be benevolent or compassionate.

See the conflict here?
