II is often VAR's, BP's, consultants, vendors, tech support reps, IT
professionals, etc. who are immersed in the details of running, configuring,
and operating iSeries computers that midrange-l relies upon for current
advice.  Their jobs often take them thanklessly into areas only for the
faint of heart and thus they have the info we need to survive.  These are
not evil folk but allies.
