I'm not sure what this means, they do broadcast TV on radio freq. without
snow, etc and they also tell them what they could see if they only had TV.
If it means me sending to the list, I think (I'm not sure, I use plain text
so little) all my emails have been in plain text.

I can also copy splf's to a pf for backup, but I still tell IBM that it
makes about as a much sense as a dog chasing cars (he can't drive when he
catches it).
