RE: Spawn error

Actually, Phil, I just found this.  It took quite a bit of digging to find
it - it's located in the "Unix-style APIs error codes", which are not
particularly easy to find.  Since this is a make file, there's a good chance
that the path is getting messed up, so that's the first place I'll look.
