current on ptf's? Support PTF cover letters list 250 ptfs
for v4r4 that can "hang" a job or system.
Does the processor check light come on (front panel)? -
most likely hardware-there should be code in panel lcd
display, other than "B  N"
Are you running lots of communications jobs? ddm? etc
Runing Java?
Is your disk utilization 100% also - (suicide). You could
 have a job creating a temp file filling up available disk
space, freezing the sys.
On a UPS?
