It is intended for BPCS so that you can see what the various BPCS users are 
doing in a non-technical manner, or for the administrator to transmit 
function keys to remote unattended jobs to bring them down gracefully after 
the users have gone home.  But perhaps it can also be used to help folks with 
non-BPCS applications.
