Leif, RTNVAL commands aren't allowed from the command line, so
you have to specify "where allowed to run" on the CRTCMD.

===> CRTCMD ALLOW(*IPGM *BPGM *IMOD *BMOD *IREXX *BREXX)

(DSPMSGD CPD0281 gives you this recovery.)
