Please note that AFAIK this might or might not work depending on the AS/400 
configuration. It would not work on any AS/400 I've worked on over the past 5 
years or so because none of them used the QATMSMTPA file, but instead used the 
system distribution directory.

I think the QATMSMTPA file becomes irrelevant once CVTNAMSMTP has been run on 
the AS/400. If so, the procedure would need to be altered to run CHGDIRE or 
similar rather than updating the QATMSMTPA file.
