Maybe you should just set up quickie auto replies using message rules for
the guys you want to reply to. Instead of setting up the Out of Office rule
and trying to set exclusions.

I think one of the ways that list messages get past rules is that lists may
or not replace the "from" field. Sometimes lists simply forward the email
with the From and To not matching your rule. I know I've gotten beat when
some emails weren't To: the list, they were CC: the list and to someone
else. Stuff like that.

So just set up a rule for your own Out of office auto reply and add in a few
domains you want to respond to and activate that instead.
