no, the pop split is for the POP server, when sending mail you use the SMTP
server.  You need to create a data area.

   crtdtaara dtaara(qusrsys/qtmsnosplt) type(*char) len(1) value(' ')
aut(*all)

               All of a sudden any large (1000 pages) attachment on a SNDSST
command comes out unformatted on me. They come out a .txt files.

               Somewhere there is a way to allow any document you attach to
a SNDST to be of any size. I cannot remember where.

               I am on V4R4 and using Gumbo PDF converter and sending these
PDF docs via QDLS with SNDDST.
