Nearest I can figure is that the poster was trying to tell us that COMMON
might be conflicting with the busy spring convention and jazzfest season
and therefore might have to pay top dollar for rooms instead of negotiating
for a better rate.  Can't blame the hotels though, they will offer a
discount in the offseason.
