The (IMHO) simplest way this is set up is by setting up a remote outq on the
machine the printer is not attached to.  WRKOUTQD and check out the remote
system, remote queue, connection type, destination type, and IP address
settings.  I usually use the following settings:

Remote system:  *INTNETADR
Remote printer queue:  Output queue on the remote AS/400
Connection type:  *IP
Destination type:  *OS400
Internet address:  IP of the remote AS/400
