IBM Code/400 & Websphere Development Tools for iSeries v5r1

I have installed Websphere Development Tools for iSeries v5r1 and have
loaded the latest CUM for V4R5 and loaded Group PTF 99142. I have also
loaded service pack sdk5101 for Websphere Development Tools for iSeries
v5r1. I am getting the following error when I try to check PTF's under
Communication Properties.

EVFCTCPD.EXE Thu Jun 21 16:56:24 2001 ** Error logging begins **
EVFCTCPD.EXE Thu Jun 21 16:56:24 2001 MCH3401 Cannot resolve to object
EVFDSPCH. Type and Subtype X'0201' Authority X'0000'.
