One thing to remember: e-mail is not printing.
If you email the .txt file, it'll reach the far side "as-is" - you can test
this by emailing it to yourself and opening it with notepad or use fc to
compare them.

The printing situation is different.  If you want to print, you'll have to
select a font and page rotation that will accommodate your 156 print
positions without truncation/wrap.

As for automating the chore, search the archives - there have been plenty of
posts regarding this topic goes.  If you find a synopsis that is
particularly helpful, consider adding it to the FAQ so that those who follow
will have an easier time...
