ASNA have announced support for SQL server from AVR so you should be able to
do a Chain from your Windows app to SQL server.  I don't think the support
is officially released yet.  There's details about the announcement here:

By the way, did anyone else down here at Tech-Ed 2001 catch Bill Gates
keynote where he mentioned that there would be an RPG compiler included in
the new Visual Studio.NET?  Does anybody have any more info about that?
