We had a similiar situation with a joint venture. These folks dialed into the 
same
comm server (anyone remember J&L Chatterbox) that was connected to our LAN which
the AS/400 was attached to and it (the J&L) also had PC Support running on it 
for
AS/400 access for a mobile sales force (and us from home..). These folks only
needed to run an accounting app on the LAN. They were a "know it all" bunch that
could really get on your nerves. So from time to time when we were in the 
computer
room and would notice them dialed in, we'd watch the type and the we'd 
backspace,
they'd type, we'd backspace. If you got the timing just right it was pretty 
funny
:-)
