Hi Everyone,

And to answer my own questions, with the help of Robbin Chewings we were
able to solve the problem -- PTF SF61937 adds the STMFCODPG parameter to the
CPYTOIMPF command. Specifying either *PCASCII or codepage 1252 for this
parameter solved the problem.

I realize that the list was down for a few days, so I won't be surprised if
the answer pops up again.
