One API I've used is

I must admit, I know when I'm beaten. I cannot find an API that returns
the
same information as the DSPPGMREF command. I've looked all through the API
definitions, and nothing matches. Of course, I can use the old-fashioned
DSPPGMREF OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) technique, but I thought the idea these days was
to avoid that in favor of APIs.

Any ideas?
