Mark,

Has anything been done in library QUSRSYS lately?  Like maybe restoring an
old version?

FYI, it has been my experience that when applying a new release the exit
point information is updated.  I don't know if the 4.5 upgrade will do this
for sure, but I bet after the upgrade you will be okay.
