Rob,

Your email reminds me of how important it is to read email fully before
replying. I clicked on the first link and had no problem. Then I reread
your message and followed the steps you outlined and also encountered the
problem.

I then took a PC that has a modem in it and used our ISP's dialup service so
that the PC was connected directly and not through the network. I
encountered the same problem. So I ran a name resolution on
submit.boulder.ibm.com and could not resolve the URL. This indicates to me
that either my ISP's DNS servers have not been updated for this new server,
or this is a private web server that only IBM internal DNS servers are aware
of.

Then I thought that perhaps this was a high-bred problem. I.e. perhaps
submit.boulder.ibm.com was an IBM internal mirror of publib.boulder.ibm.com,
so I tried the link
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/v5r1/ic2924/info/rzair/rzairse
ndmime.htm and (drum roll please) tada - the document was displayed.

Chuck
