www.codeguru.com and www.codeproject.org

 

Both are Windows C++/MFC resources.  Codeguru is older and has a larger code base, but when it was sold to Earthlink, they pretty much screwed it up.  Code Project was then started and is pretty much where the action is at.

 

Anything more is probably better taken off-list.
