You're right, the community is already there.  We just need participation.
Not many are willing to do that.  We have 90% more lurkers than we do
posters.  That's for sure.  We need to change that.  If you're lurking,
start asking questions!  I know you have some.  :)  Quit looking for leaders
and become a leader yourself!  Unless you like living under a
self-constructed glass ceiling, that is.

If this doesn't happen, iNation will end up like the other sites.  With the
same group of people posting, and then eventually complaining about too many
lists/groups to be involved with/netiquette/etc..  ;)
