Can you do the selection you require using CHGSPLFA FILE(*SELECT) which 
gives you selection on User, print device, form type and/or user data? If 
not you could have a look at my MOVOUTQ command which I wrote for our Ops 
department to something similar. You can move spooled files from one 
*outq to another based on a combination of spooled file name (or generic 
or *all), user data (or generic or *all), user (or *all) and/or a spooled 
file number range. You can get more details at 
http://www.dbg400.net/movoutq.html and if it doesn't quite do what you 
want, the code is there to tweak until it does.
