Ops Navagator

Hey anyone had a problem with the GUI display on Ops Navigator when
showing the properties of a physical file?  If there are triggers on the
file, I get an error dialog that states "Truncation occurred", once for
each instance of a trigger (add, chg, etc.).  I have had this on
multiple machines and versions (currently V4R5).
