Al,

    The simple answer is no. But, I have done many PPP connections, so if
you can give me some more details on the connection issues maybe I can help
you.


        Some things I would look for:

        *  Are you sure you are setting up a Client PPP Conection and not
configuring the iSeries to be a server.
        * Is UUNET looking for PAP or CHAP for security.
        * Are they looking for more than an ID and Password
        * Do you see any messages in QHST, or other logs when you use this.
        * Have you tried a Communications Trace.
