Subject: CPW vs MIPS - Correlation?

Is there any rule of thumb to compare IBM Mainframe MIPS to AS/400 CPW?

We're trying to compare our server's processing power to another
organization running an IBM Mainframe rated at 51 MIPS.

Any help would be appreciated.
