Because of a change in V5R1, you should be coding your RTVJOBA command's
USRLIBL variable as 2750 bytes long.  IBM has told me this will work, but I
have not yet tested it.

In V5R1, IBM is increasing the size of the user portion of the library list
from 25 to 250 libraries.  My prediction (and I should note that IBM does
not agree with me) is this will break many customers.
