Charly,

  As I understand it, you are correct. Once a box gets V4R1 on it, it
stays. All new systems come with the OS included so there is no need to
transfer it to a new box during an upgrade. This applies to the OS Only
not to the LPPs.  The LPPs CAN be sold to you if they also transfer the
proof of ownership certificate.
