I believe this replicates the System Directory (WRKDIRE) to LDAP
directories.

It replicates every five minutes I think.

Any one know what this job is for?  I am not running the tcp/ip directory
server, directory shadowing or any such application on this box.  But this
job has over 30,000 locks against the same user space, QGLDSDDSPC in QTEMP.
I want to kill the job but know what I am killing before doing so.
