From the V5R1 announcement letter 101-117

Base processor features - No support provided for 5250 interactive
workloads. Any task started through a 5250 session (5250 device or 5250
emulation) where the user waits for a response is considered iSeries
interactive work.

Of course, one could still question if this is the one CFINT uses...

Read literally, there seems to be TWO conditions:
1) 5250 session
2) user waits for a response

what exactly does that mean?
which API/SEPT entry/program/module etc must be
called to make the job interactive?
