We installed new door locks to the computer room.  From inside the room,
next to the door, there was a button installed to unlock the door.  Next to
this button is another button labeled EPO (emergency power off).  Someone,
not paying attention, pressed the WRONG button.......room went dark and
door opened.

Yes a protective cover has been placed over the EPO button.
