I was thinking of writing program to verify a product code.  It would be 
called 
with the product code and return the description or 'Invalid product code'.  
Optionally,
it would allow the user to select a code off of a subfile list if it was 
being called
interactively.  But it would have to know if it was being called 
interactively.
