Joe,
Having set up a few 270s out of the box I would agree that QSECOFR/QSECOFR
on DSP01 is the thing to do if you got twinax connect (iSeries never had
coax). If you are still in trouble IPL in manual mode & try above or if you
need it  use the numeric service password (hasn't changed since s/38). Last
resort is a scratch install & take the 'change QSECOFR'  P/W option.
