This is not exactly current, but I know of a DEC PDP-11 that was installed
in 1980 and was still going strong in the mid 1990's (it was finally
replaced by a Win NT network). The biggest problems were getting it
serviced and the fact that the disks (RL-02s) seemed to be showing their
age (Increasingly frequent disk failures sure sour a guy on a system! ;-)
