Are you sure you don't mean the TFTP server? A lot of devices use TFTP for
firmware updates. However, you can use the CFGTCP command, then option 20,
then the option you want to configure FTP and/or TFTP. Then use the
STRTCPSVR command to start the server. Be careful with STRTCPSVR - the
default is to start all of the servers. You probably only want to start the
FTP/TFTP server.
