Plan "B" is to put a trace on the ethernet line, send the file, print
the trace. Do this while the line is little used or you will get a
'large' report!

A LAN sniffer can do this more efficiently as well, since it can trap
traffic between the two devices only. Also this will be an 'independant'
assesment of the traffic while in his view the AS/400 may be suspect
since it's reporting it's own traffic.
