Announcement events (fwd)

Folks, to the best of my knowledge this is postable even though the
announcement date hasn't been made public.  IBM has asked that this info
be passed along to the LUGs for pass along to the membership base, etc...  
When I get the rest of the regions I'll post them as well..

Also, ALOT of Local User Groups are planning announcement events, so check
with your Local User Group(LUG).
