Now I'm trying to find out how I stop this from happening again... If
anyone can help...

Just wanted to let all know, that I thank you.  I have learned alot from this
list and Hope one day to be of more help to it.  Alex's Warm start of SMTP
fixed the problem ... Thanks Alex ..  also We do have SF59582 and SF61757
Superseded ... thanks Neal...
