  Yup, TWO 3590-C22s!  Honestly if you have the CPW and disk arms to
push two drives this is currently the only way to faster tape.  It does
sound like you have an opportunity for Save While Active to help you as
well.

  If your backup window still cannot be met, then you will need to
consider a solution like DataMirror (or Vision or ....)to a second
system and then back up that system.
