  • Subject: HP 4000 will only print microscopic

In a V4R4 upgrade over the weekend our HP4000 laser printer forgot
how to print normal sized characters. I have tried changing QPRINT
printer file to CPI(10) but the writer won't print spool files with
CPI(10), it puts them on hold and presses on. If I change the
CPI from 16.5 to 13.3, it helps a little. I think I need CPI 10.
Or something else that is similar.

Any ideas? The local drug store doesn't have reading glasses with
enough magnification for me...

Thanks a bunch,
