Re: Data conversion utility

Be sure to review the capabilities of both  Operations Navigator and 
Linoma Software's Surveyor.  These may not do all that you require but 
they've started well, are supported, are documented, and are being 
enhanced regularly.  It seems to me they are improving faster than any 
in-house development could match.
