  PTFs can be flagged by the developers to override the above counter
and never be placed on a CUM. The Activation Group/IO Count PTF has said
flag set.  While I can see this has some application, NOT HERE!!  The
developer in question STILL believes that the activation group
information is much more valuable than I/O Count and that we 'users'
want it this way!
 
  I would like each of you who do believe that ACTIVATION GROUP is MORE
important than I/O Count to email me privatly..    Well..    I'm
waiting.    .   .   Still no votes. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
